(More customer reviews)When I first opened the package (which might I add, came a lot earlier than expected), I was suprised to find that the watch was not as big as I had thought it would be. Think of it as a cross between a full fledge G-Shock and a Baby-G. For me, the size was just right as my wrists are rather thin. I was also surprised to find just how light it was for a rugged watch. Overall, first impressions were good...
Then came the setting up of the watch. Which made me realise that the digital displays were rather tiny. Other than the fact that they will get blocked by the hour and minute hand occasionally (or every hour), they were pretty hard to view at certain angles. Coupled with the fact that world-time, stopwatch and other miscellaneous functions were all on the itsy bitsy digital displays, I have settled with the fact that I'll probably never ever use the various functions that came with the watch. But then again, I think I have passed the age whereby my watch needs to be able to do anything and everything BUT tell the time.
With all that said, it IS a beautiful watch. Rugged, tough and sharp looking, yet not overly butch. If you want something practical for everyday use, this is the watch to get. If you want something with a great magnitude of functions that does 007 like tasks... you should be looking at the phone section of Amazon under iPhone.
