(More customer reviews)Maybe not for you, but for me the price of these spring bars plus shipping and handling was cheaper than a replacement from even a modest local jeweler. These spring bars had better fit and finish than the ones from the local guy, and were the right length for my watch, rather than being a size too big and forced to fit. If you're going to do this yourself, you might consider a WATCH-BRACELET SPRING BAR REMOVER TOOL, but a jewelers' screwdriver works well enough.
