The multiple countdown timers are perfect for doing different interval workouts, and the chrono timer and everything else is awesome!!! great product design (from the team that brought us the nike triax line). this large size fits my wrist well as I have bigger hands. I originally got the medium size and found it a bit too small, but would be the perfect size for my girlfriend.
