(More customer reviews)I purchased this watch a month ago and I love it. I was drawn to this watch because I was interested in a retro, geometric style that also held a video game-inspired touch to it. This watch fits the bill perfectly.
To start, I have gotten many, many compliments on this watch by complete strangers at work and other places. I've been very pleased with its appearance--the numbers are fairly easy to see and the yellow is a perfect shade. It's not too lemony and not too pale; the color in the picture is very loyal to the color in real life. It's a nice pop of color to all the outfits I wear.
However, like any light-colored accessories, the watchband can get dirty very easily. Drawing is my hobby, so the graphite from a pencil might be contributing to this problem. Using a little bit of rubbing alcohol can easily reduce the amount of dirt the watch may hold. It does take some time to clean it significantly, though. Cleaning it once or twice a week will probably keep its vibrance up.
The face of the watch has recieved one medium-sized scratch within the month since I bought it. I'm not sure where it came from--probably just knocked against something, but I was hoping for a little more durability for clumsy people like me. That could be an error on my part, though.
Other than those two problems, I have been very pleased with its style and various functions. The dots you see in the picture appear or disappear as the seconds tick by--it's very interesting and very unique! I'd highly recommend it but also advise people to be aware of its durability against the everyday elements. ^^
